The Switch.

We appreciate your patience as we make enhancements to our online services. The Switch Weekend will take place December 1-2. Members will have limited access to their accounts and will need to plan accordingly for purchases, transfers and loan payments.  The following services will not be available: online and phone banking, mobile app, mobile deposit, bill pay services, account transfers and balance inquiries.
All services will be restored December 3 by 10AM.

Online Banking

Online Banking will be unavailable during The Switch Weekend. It’s important to check your balances, make transfers and CUO loan payments prior to 5PM on Friday, November 30. All members will need to re-enroll in Online Banking December 3.

Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking will be unavailable during The Switch Weekend. It’s important to check your balances, make transfers and CUO loan payments prior to 5PM on Friday, November 30. All members will need to re-enroll in Mobile Banking December 3.

Plastic Cards

All members will have limited access to make purchases or withdrawals during The Switch Weekend using their CUO debit or credit card. Check your balances prior to Friday, November 30 at 5PM and use Signature based transactions to prevent inconvenience.

Bill Pay

There will be no delays in scheduled bills. We will continue to use the same bill pay program after the upgrade. However, during The Switch Weekend, you will not be able to schedule payments.

Phone Banking

Phone Banking will be unavailable during The Switch Weekend. It’s important to check your balances, make transfers and CUO loan payments prior to 5PM on Friday, November 30. All members will need to re-enroll in Phone Banking December 3.

Deposit Accounts

It’s important to check balances on your account Friday, November 30 prior to 5PM. Night deposits after 5PM will not be processed until Monday, December 3. You will not have access to check images after November 30.
