PDFCU Credit Card Update

In early December, information was sent out to current PDFCU credit cards being transitioned into a Credit Union of Ohio Visa Platinum. We’re excited to announce PDFCU credit cardholders will receive their new card and have access to our additional conveniences soon!

The new CUO credit card will arrive in the next few weeks. If you do not receive your new card by March 22, please call 800.443.5698.

Effective March 26, 2023 at 10AM, PDFCU credit cards will no longer work. At 8AM on March 27, 2023, the new CUO credit card may be activated used. At that time card balances will be transferred to CUO.

We’re excited to bring the following convenience features to PDFCU credit cardholders effective March 27:

  • Online Loan Payment Options
    • Set up recurring payments
    • Make a one-time payment

  • Online Banking Conveniences
    • Block / Unblock your card on-demand
    • View your card balance and transactions
    • Transfer funds
    • Make payments

Credit Card Update FAQs

  • How can I activate my new CUO card?

    You can activate your new CUO card on March 27, 2023 at 8AM by calling 1.800.631.3197. If you are unable to activate your card after March 27, please call 800.443.5698.

  • What will happen to my statements?

    Your statement arriving in March will have a different payment address that will direct payments to CUO.

    Your statement arriving in April will have a new look and will not arrive until the end of the month or early May.

  • What will happen to my current credit card balance?

    Your balance will be moved to Credit Union of Ohio on March 27.

  • How will I make my payments?

    Prior to March 27, you’ll be able to make payments using one of the following methods:

    • Mail your payment to the P.O. Box address listed on your March statement:
      Credit Union of Ohio
      P.O. Box 5005
      Hilliard, OH 43026
    • Visit the Parma branch to make a payment

    After March 27, you may make your payments with the following methods:

    • Mail your payment to the P.O. Box address:
      Credit Union of Ohio
      P.O. Box 5005
      Hilliard, OH 43026
    • Transfer funds from your CUO account to your credit card in Online Banking
    • Take advantage of any of the convenient payment options on our Make a Payment page
    • Visit any CUO branch to make a payment
  • What if I have automatic payments through another financial institution or bill pay service?

    You will need to update your credit card payment to be directed to CUO.
