The health and safety of our employees and members is our top priority.  Due to increasing numbers, we have made the decision that branches will be open by appointment only effective, Monday, November 23.  We will re-evaluate opening lobbies once numbers decrease and we see that it is safe for everyone.

Appointments
In order to make an appointment, please call the branch you wish to visit:

  • Campus Branch - 614-340-1772
  • Downtown Branch - 614-340-1752
  • Grove City Branch - 614-340-1768
  • Hilliard Branch - 614-340-1732
  • Niles Branch - 614-340-1782

Face Masks
In accordance with orders put out by the Governor, face masks are required while visiting our branch. When conducting a transaction members will be asked to briefly lower their mask for identification purposes.  We will have disposable masks available at the branches as well.

Stay Home When Possible
We encourage members to continue using online banking and phone banking to conduct financial services when possible.

Letter from our CEO

Dear Members,

We have continued to assess and evaluate how to best serve our membership and keep our staff safe during this pandemic.

Credit Union of Ohio is dedicated to the safety, security, and well-being of our members and employees. We are currently following the guidance and recommendations of trusted health officials and federal agencies including the Center for Disease Control. We will continue to closely monitor COVID-19 and would like to assure that you will continue to have access to your accounts now and in the event of the virus progressing.

While we are taking measures to proactively maintain sanitized lobbies and public spaces to protect the well-being of our members and employees, we would also like to encourage you to take advantage of CUO's other financial tools and resources.

By utilizing our Online Banking or Mobile App, you have easy access to your accounts.

Using our mobile app, you'll have access to your accounts with convenient features such as:

  • Mobile Deposit - Deposit checks into your accounts on-the-go by using your device's camera.
     
  • Account Controls - Check your balances and instantly transfer money between your accounts. You can even transfer funds to other members.
     
  • Bill Pay - Pay your bills through our app and ensure you always pay on-time with a recurring scheduled payment. All without leaving the house!
     
  • Card Protection - Temporarily freeze and unfreeze your CUO ATM, debit, and credit cards from the app.
     
  • Messaging - Have a question or concern about your account? Send us a message through the app and a member service representative will get back to you!
     

In addition to our mobile app, we would like to encourage you to set up direct deposit of your paychecks and any other reccurring deposits for your accounts. These services can assist in making the day-to-day management of your money easier and more efficient.

While it is impossible for anyone to predict the spread of COVID-19 and fully determine its impact on our day-to-day lives, the virus does not affect Credit Union of Ohio's focus to serve our members and communities.
