Stimulus Payments

Questions about eligibility or how you will receive payment can be found on the IRS website.

If you will receive a paper check we encourage you to utilize mobile deposit or Hilliard Branch Drive-Thru.

Branch appointments

The health and safety of our employees and members is our top priority.  In an effort to restrict the spread, we encourage members to make appointments to visit our branches.

In order to make an appointment, please call the branch you wish to visit:

  • Niles Branch - 614-340-1782

Face Masks
In accordance with the expert guidance of the CDC and local public health authorities, we ask that you please wear a mask or other face covering while visiting our branch if you have not yet been fully vaccinated. You may be asked to briefly lower your mask for identification purposes prior to conducting a transaction.

Stay Home When Possible
We encourage members to continue using online banking and phone banking to conduct financial services when possible.

Dear Members,

We have continued to assess and evaluate how to best serve our membership and keep our staff safe during this pandemic.

Credit Union of Ohio is dedicated to the safety, security, and well-being of our members and employees. We are currently following the guidance and recommendations of trusted health officials and federal agencies including the Center for Disease Control. We will continue to closely monitor COVID-19 and would like to assure that you will continue to have access to your accounts now and in the event of the virus progressing.

While we are taking measures to proactively maintain sanitized lobbies and public spaces to protect the well-being of our members and employees, we would also like to encourage you to take advantage of CUO's other financial tools and resources.

By utilizing our Online Banking or Mobile App, you have easy access to your accounts.

Using our mobile app, you'll have access to your accounts with convenient features such as:

  • Mobile Deposit - Deposit checks into your accounts on-the-go by using your device's camera.
  • Account Controls - Check your balances and instantly transfer money between your accounts. You can even transfer funds to other members.
  • Bill Pay - Pay your bills through our app and ensure you always pay on-time with a recurring scheduled payment. All without leaving the house!
  • Card Protection - Temporarily freeze and unfreeze your CUO ATM, debit, and credit cards from the app.
  • Messaging - Have a question or concern about your account? Send us a message through the app and a member service representative will get back to you!

In addition to our mobile app, we would like to encourage you to set up direct deposit of your paychecks and any other reccurring deposits for your accounts. These services can assist in making the day-to-day management of your money easier and more efficient.

While it is impossible for anyone to predict the spread of COVID-19 and fully determine its impact on our day-to-day lives, the virus does not affect Credit Union of Ohio's focus to serve our members and communities.
