COVID-19 Coronavirus Notice

Branch Reopening Safety Measures

We’re excited to open our branches once again and see our members that we have dearly missed serving in person.  With that said, our branches may look a little different in order to serve members in the safest manner possible.

  • Each branch will have a limitation on the number of members visiting at a time.  Our public restrooms will remain closed for the time being.
  • Floor markers and sneeze guards have been placed in our lobbies.

Face Masks
We encourage members to wear a face mask while visiting a branch.  When conducting a transaction members will be asked to briefly lower their mask for identification purposes.  We will have disposable masks available at the branches as well.

Appointments
We still encourage members to make an appointment to avoid wait times while visiting.  In order to make an appointment, please call the branch you wish to visit:

  • Campus Branch - 614-340-1772
  • Downtown Branch - 614-340-1752
  • Grove City Branch - 614-340-1768
  • Hilliard Branch - 614-340-1732

Stay Home When Possible
We encourage members to continue using online banking and phone banking to conduct financial services when possible.

Scams and fraud alerts

Unfortunately fraudsters are taking advantage of the current situation and sending out email and text scams, along with phone calls. Please remember that CUO will not contact you asking for your personal information.  This should be your first red flag.  If you are suspicious, be sure to hang up the phone and call us directly to verify prior to clicking on links, providing your personal information or sending money.
