Text Alerts
Receive alerts via text or email for your CU of Ohio accounts. Using Online Banking and the Mobile App, you can add one or more of the following alerts to your accounts to make managing your finances and account security more convenient!
- Deposit Received
Sent when a deposit is made to the selected account within a minimum or maximum amount you specify.
- Low Balance Alert
Sent when the selected account's balance falls below the amount you specify.
- Overdraft Transfer
Sent when an overdraft occurs on the selected account and the balance has become negative.
- Non-Sufficient Funds Fee
Sent when the selected account incurs a non-sufficient funds fee.
- Overdraft Transfer Fee
Sent when the selected account incurs an overdraft fee.
- Payment Received
Sent when a payment is posted for the selected loan within a minimum or maximum amount you specify.
- Card Preauthrization Hold
Sent when a credit or debit card transaction has placed a preauthorization hold on your account.
- Card, ATM, or Point of Sale (POS) Transaction Posted
Sent when a Card, ATM, or POS transaction has been posted to your selected credit card or the checking account connected to the selected debit card.
- Plastic Card Purchase
Sent when your selected credit or debit card has been used to make a purchase within a minimum or maximum amount you specify.
- Login Attempt Failed
Sent when an attempt to log into Online Banking or the Mobile App has failed due to an invalid password.
- Login Information Changed
Sent when a change has been submitted for your Online Banking or Mobile App password.
- Login Locked
Sent when multiple failed attempts have caused your Online Banking and Mobile App login to be locked for security.
- Login Unlocked
Sent when you can make new login attempts to Online Banking or Mobile App after your has been unlocked again.
